Kevin Merriman obtained his master’s degree in telecommunications engineering from La Trobe University, New Zealand. He is a senior professor and teaches courses on telecommunications engineering and radio technology to undergraduate and graduate students. His academic and research interests lie in wireless networking, radio frequency identification and cognitive radio systems. Merriman has worked on ultra-wideband radio technologies for more than 7 years. He has also authored and edited numerous articles and books in the fields of telecommunications engineering and radio technology.
